Hours
For your convenience Loving Care is open Monday through Friday 5:30am - 6:00pm.  Our hours of operation are designed to help working families an single parents in the St. Lucie County area.

(The nursery department is open from 7:00am - 6:00pm)

Note:  Effective 8/07/06 a $1.00 per minute fee will be charged for each child left past 6:00pm.  This fee must be paid to the office before the child attends  the next school day.

Arrival and Dismissals
In order to insure your child's safety upon arriving or departing we ask that you follow these guidelines:
* Shut off your engine before entering buildings.
* Hold your child's hand securely.
* Each parent must sign their child IN and OUT daily.

Note:  Unauthorized release is prohibited!

Financial Policy
A weekly fee must be paid in advance on Monday or the first day of attendance.

Vacations
Two weeks per calendar year will be given at the request of the parent at no charge.  Loving Care scheduled holidays are New Years Eve, New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Meals & Snacks
Loving Care provides a nutritious breakfast and lunch with healthy snacks daily.  The meals and snacks are planned and meet the nutritional and portion size requirements by the Child Care Food Program of the US Department of Agriculture.  A monthly menu is posted and provided to parents.
